Personalized support from staff was exceptional. The Director General and Reine went out of their way to assist me. Their efforts to resolve my border crossing and immigration issues were particularly noteworthy. , the hotel's location was ideal, being close to several tourist attractions. I also appreciated the variety of amenities provided - one of the best I've seen.
The hotel lacked functional air conditioning during my stay, which made it uncomfortable during the hot and humid weather. However, these were minor setbacks, and I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Cotonou and it was amazing! the room was very comfy and had all the essential amenities. the location of the hotel was also perfect, very close to the beach and some shopping areas.
Honestly, there are no complaints to make. the experience was perfect and I'm looking forward to visiting again.

During my stay, I was incredibly impressed with the personalized support I received from the hotel staff. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with any issues I had, including border crossing and immigration. The level of service provided was unparalleled to any other hotel I have stayed in, both in West Africa and around the world. Additionally, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Transportation was readily available and the location was convenient. Finally, the breakfast provided was of an excellent standard and thoroughly enjoyed.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, with plenty of attractions within a short distance. the room is spacious and comfortable, while the bathroom is clean and well-equipped. the staff is friendly and provides excellent service. the breakfast menu here is quite appetizing with a few great options to choose from.
The hotel's facilities didn't quite meet my expectations.
